Customer Service Administrator
Location : Trafford
Salary : NMW up to £23,796

We are currently working with a great company based in Trafford - who specialise within the Logistics Industry . They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm.

Key Duties:
Reporting to Customer Service Manager - you will be responsible for all Customer Services queries across the Road Freight Department :
- Dealing with Internal / External Customer Service Queries
- Weekly Completion & Sending KPI Reports
- Ensure Shipper Invoices reconciled with Customer Information
- Maintaining Customer Records
- Ensure High Customer Satisfaction Levels
- Track & Trace Shipments
Profile:
- Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience within Customer Service
- Essential Requirement of working in a similar Freight / Logistics Environment
- Solid Communication Skills needed - Verbal / Written
- Excel and Word Experience
