GBIS Co-ordinator

Overview:

The main purpose of this role is the booking, reviewing and processing of Loft and Cavity Measures, ensuring they are compliant with PAS 2035 through each stage of the GBIS journey.

  • Conduct phone conversations with customers in a professional manner at various stages in the GBIS process, maintaining accurate information and a great level of customer service throughout
  • Accurately process work with an eye for detail, reviewing compliance before issuing to either Retrofit Assessors and Co-ordinators, Designers or Third Parties.
  • Updating of CRM system to ensure records or kept up to date and accurate.
  • Accurately diary plan work for retrofit assessors nationally.

Essential

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs, especially excel
  • Proven track record adapting to changes, especially where these affect the day-to-day processing of work
  • Proven track record of working under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience of 2 years or more in an administration role, within the last 5 years
  • Self-motivated to complete any works required to a high-quality standard.
  • Excellent customer focus and care skills
  • Diary Management

Desirable

  • A previous experience working with MCS and renewables products
  • A previous experience working with funded schemes
