Juice is absolutely delighted to be supporting a reputable and high-end Bath-based organisation, with their search for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team.

We are looking for a professional individual who takes pride in giving excellent customer service and is eager to make a difference within an organisation. The role is primarily administration-based and will involve lots of order processing and responding to queries via email.

This is an exciting time to join an established brand and provide crucial support to the running of the business.

This is a full-time in the office role.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service via telephone and email communications.
  • Process customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Overseeing the email inbox ensuring all customer queries are answered within agreed timeframes.
  • Be responsible for understanding customer needs, taking orders from customers, and providing technical support.
  • Organise and process returns.
  • Maintain internal records, update the system, and record any written or verbal correspondence efficiently.
  • Assist with Accounts administration tasks.
  • Process calls timely in order to meet achievable team targets.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Previous experience in an administration/office environment.
  • A customer service professional, with excellent communication skills and a strong telephone manner.
  • Be energetic and positive with your approach, and always possess a can-do attitude.
  • Confident in working towards goals and deadlines.
  • Prioritise workload appropriately.
  • Demonstrate consistently a desire to learn and achieve.

  • Monday to Thursday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm and Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm (plus one additional day a week you will finish at 5.00 pm by prior arrangement with your manager). Hours per week: 39
