Customer Service Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a small team based on the outskirts of Basingstoke. Our client specialise is security and safety equipment.
This is going to be a full time, temporary ongoing position.

Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of call for all customer enquiries
- Answering a variety of calls and logging proficiently on a variety of systems
- Scheduling jobs and call outs for the engineers
- Providing outstanding customer service to vulnerable customers
- Liaising with engineers and providing support to them

Requirments:
- Excellent customer service and coordination experience
- Ability to work in a very fast passed environment
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Resilient and adaptable working approach
- Available immediately
- Own transport due to rural location

The Role:
- Temporary ongoing position
- Paying £12.75 - £13.00 per hour depending on experience
- Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 17.00 and Friday 8.30 - 16.00
- Starting as soon as possible
