Our client within Digital advertising and content marketing is currently seeking an administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

  • The Role: Customer Service Administrator
  • The Location: West Malling
  • Salary: £22,500
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm: Hybrid Work Setup.

Duties:

  • General administration
  • Providing advice and assisting with general enquiries
  • Liaising with relevant data Providing a high level of customer service
  • Providers for all search queries to ensure the smooth running of the search ordering process

The successful candidate:

  • Organised
  • Attention to detail
  • A team player
  • Someone with effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Great customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
