Customer Service Administrator
This is an varied and interesting role working as a key member of a small friendly customer service team.
As an experienced customer service administrator you will take full ownership and use your initiative to ensure a first class customer experience from the point of inquiry for product information and pricing, through to processing the order to the point of delivery and resolving delivering issues returns under warantees and re-orders
This growing manufacturing company based in Bradford seeks a focussed and well organised order processor and customer service administrator who understands the importance of prioritising workload and develop good long term relationships with their business customers.
To be successful in the role you should have experience of most of the following daily duties
- Taking incoming calls from customers to provide product advice and pricing
- Preparation of quotations.
- Processing of Orders using Sage.
- Booking deliveries with the customer and transport carriers.
- Liaison with the manufacturing facility to update on order completion and deliveries to customers.
- Input of all details and conversations on the CRM system,
- Follow through of any issues to the point of complete customer satisfaction
In return for the energy and vitality you bring to the role the company offer a salary range up to £26k plus a rewarding bonus structure. 20 days rising to 25 days holiday. Hours 8.30 am to 5pm. Pension scheme and Life Assurance.
