Customer Service Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ever-growing company that places value on providing a strong team-focused company culture.

DAY TO DAY:

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
• Preparing finance contracts
• Raising and delivering standard letters and documentation
• Uploading data onto the correct systems accurately
• Liaising with agents regarding the collection and disposal of assets
• Supporting with the calculation of figures to send to brokers and customers
• Processing customer payments
• Additional responsibilities with training

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Maths and English Language GCSE or equivalent qualifications
• Confident communicator with a great telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organised with fantastic time management skills
• IT literate - MS Office Outlook, Word, & Excel
