Customer Service Administrator

£12 per hour

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

We are recruiting on behalf of a very friendly and welcoming customer focused team who are looking to add to their team a Customer Service Administrator to support them taking calls and booking appointments.

This is not a sales role but will be supporting a sales team as well as the office team too.

The team are looking to welcome their ideal candidate as soon as possible and their ideal candidate will have:

- great telephone manner

- good IT skills and ability to use database and manage a diary too

- great customer service skills, able to engage really well by 'phone and email

- great team work - this is a busy office with a lot of calls and enquiries!

The role will involve:

- taking calls from potential customers and taking them through an enquiry form to gain more information

- booking appointments for the customer as needed and ensure that they receive great communication in the process

- keeping office records up to date

- being a great first point of contact for the customer!
