BBO Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client based in Maidenhead, who require a Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will hold exceptional diary management and organisational skills to ensure timelines are met.

Duties Include

  • Utilising the CRM system
  • Ensuring all data is up to date
  • Sending out documentation
  • Providing strong customer service
  • Answering queries via email and telephone
  • Maintaining strong communication with colleagues
  • Coordinating and Scheduling

Key Duties:

· Planning and organisation of external suppliers

· Co-ordination and scheduling of meetings and ensuring diaries are operating efficiently

· Delivering exceptional customer service

· Raising purchase orders

· Resolve customer enquiries

Requirements:

· Confident telephone skills

· Team player

· Highly organised
