I'm currently recruiting for a Client Services Administrator to join a well-established client in BS1 on a full-time, hybrid, temporary basis (with the possibility for extension). 

The role is to start in the next couple of weeks, with an hourly rate of £13.22.

The hours are 9am-5pm, with flexibility. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Resolving complex customer service issues
  • Answering incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner 
  • Servicing, filing and organise the mailbox 
  • Responding to email queries efficiently 
  • Bringing problems to light and preventing their reoccurrence 
  • Monitoring accuracy of database information
  • Identifying strategies to improve quality of service
  • Inputting and filing forms correctly and efficiently
  • Assisting on any other strategic projects as required

Key traits:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience 
  • Ability to problem-solve 
  • Excellent attention to detail both written and oral
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
  • Target driven, with previous experience of working with KPIs
