Customer Service Administrator, Cramlington

£23,000 - £26,000 per annum, excellent benefits

Our client is a market-leading global manufacturing organisation based in Cramlignton and they seek a French speaking customer service administrator to join their thriving e-commerce department. The successful candidate will act as key point of contact for customer enquiries across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Act as key contact for Customer Accounts and their queries
  • Respond to telephone and email enquiries
  • Provide customers with updates on invoice delivery queries and liaise with third parties to ensure timely delivery
  • Issue refunds and returns with accuracy
  • Liaise with logistic providers to ensure smooth shipping and transport processes
  • Respond to and monitor customer feedback
  • Support with all other adhoc administration

Key Criteria

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment (essential)
  • Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • High proficiency in IT packages and competent user of Excel
  • Motivated and enthusiastic work ethic
  • Ability to work well under pressure and working towards tight deadlines
  • Proven background in providing impeccable customer support
