Our client is currently looking for an empathetic individual to join their Customer Service team in the Heathrow area.

This role is a temporary position starting asap and will be on going, Monday-Friday 08:15-17:00. This role could potentially be extended.

Key Duties include:

Answering incoming calls from customers or healthcare professionals
Answering queries via the phone and email
Logging machine faults
Making outgoing calls arranging deliveries for customers
Chasing up orders and deliveries
Checking stock
Processing and filing driver documentation
Person/skills:

Great communication skills
Able to work in a fast pasted environment

Computer literate
