Are you looking to start your career in an office environment? Are you looking to utilise your retail skillset in an office-based role? Well, my client, a leader in their market, are looking to recruit multiple Customer Service Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and hold a minimum of months experience in a Customer Service position.
Key Responsibilities
- Always delivering an excellent service to customers over telephone and email
- Maintaining a positive attitude towards clients, customers, and suppliers
- Supporting customer queries and offering them with a resolution
- Updating customer records on the internal database
- General administration tasks
- A minimum of 6-months experience in a Customer Service role
- Excellent communication skills, written or verbal
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Highly passionate in developing a career
- £20,000 - £22,000 per annum
- Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Kings Hill, Kent
- Hybrid working – 2 days in the office following on from training
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
