Customer Service Admin
Customer Service Administrator required to join this small, busy, and personable team. Salary per annum will be between £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am until 5pm.
You will require own transport to access the office, and this is not a hybrid or remote working role.
Duties:
- Handle and escalate telephone and email enquiries
- Prepare quotations and process orders
- Record customer queries and complaints
- Liaise with service providers over day-to-day operations
- Liaise with the finance department, customers and suppliers to resolve invoice queries
- Research new solutions to different customer requests
- Set up new supplier accounts
- Support month-end invoice process

Experience:
- Previous customer service and administration experience
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Excellent IT skills
