Salary: £12,500 ( £25,000 pro rata)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (2:00pm - 6:00pm)

Customer Service Administrator - Part Time - 20 Hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in databases or spreadsheets.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring information is organised and easily accessible.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone and email and dealing with in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and processing.
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks or assist with projects as required.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • A positive, proactive and customer focused attitude?
  • An ability to manage and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment?
  • Being able to use your own initiative when completing day to day tasks?
  • Comfortable using all Microsoft Office programs especially Excel & Word
