Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing key customer accounts and projects, providing regular reports on service level and delivery performance in accordance with departmental and contractual agreements
- Directly handling order placements and maintaining effective communication with customers
- Preparing quotations, including negotiating prices in collaboration with senior management
- Liaising with internal departments to communicate customer requirements
- Building and nurturing relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service
- Monitoring and managing the progress of new client onboarding, keeping all stakeholders informed
- Efficiently managing customer data on our online system
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with high attention to detail
- Good Organisation Skills: The ability to manage tasks efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Computer Proficiency: A solid understanding and proficiency in computer usage
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Both spoken and written
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
