My clients a growing logistics company looking for an Customer Service Account Manager to join their successful team!

Duties would include:

  • Handling large key accounts
  • Monitoring KPI's
  • Weekly/ Monthly client meetings on-site
  • To build and maintain a relationship with clients
  • Monitoring costs and negotiating rates with suppliers
  • Preparing monthly business activity report and revenue report
  • Handling any queries and resolving them in a timely manner
  • General admin/ customer service

Experience needed:

  • Previous experience within a similar
  • Experience within the freight/ logistics industry
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • PC literate
  • Excellent strategic, analytical and negotiation skills

Working hours:

  • Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
