Customer Sales Assistant

Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a new opportunity for a company based in Chessington, who are looking for a Customer Sales Assistant to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for a confident, articulate and customer focused individual to join a friendly and busy team.

The role will involve:

• Assisting customers face to face, on the phone, and via web and social media enquiries
• Identifying customer needs and ensuring a high level of customer service experience
• Processing sales transactions
• Merchandising
• Pricing administration
• Maintaining website listings and social media postings
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure customers receive a timely delivery

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Previous experience within a customer facing environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Team player with superb customer service skills
• Highly organised and efficient
• An interest and knowledge of social media
• Physically fit and able to carry out some lifting (health and safety and manual handling training will be provided)

Working days are 5 per week, Tuesday to Saturday. Hours are 9am-6pm Tuesday to Friday, and 9.30am-5.30pm on Saturday.
