Customer Relations Manager - Required for this lovely niche tour operator based in North West London. They are looking for an experience customer relations advisor from the travel industry, ideally with a tour operator background and knowledge of the Abta code of conduct. They are happy to look at full time or part time hours and will pay up to £40,000.
Customer Relations Manager, Duties
-Dealing with all customer relations issues once the passengers return by email, phone and letter
-Investigate all complaints speaking to the passenger and supplier
-Agree compensation when appropriate
-In less busy times help with marketing and product

Customer Relations Manager skills required
-Customer relations experience within the travel industry is a must
-Experience working for a niche tour operator ideally
-Knowledge of the ABTA code of conduct
