Customer Relations Advisor

Salary: £24,658 per annum
Location: Worcester, Worcestershire
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday), 09:00 - 12:00 (Saturday)

36 Hours per week to support branch opening times

Full time, Permanent Role

We are currently looking for confident, approachable and ambitious candidate to work with my client, to support the continuous service of their valued customers. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with customer enquiries and providing a right first time service to support their needs.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to further their career and build experience within a leading establishment in their chosen industry.

The Key Duties of the Customer Relations Advisor

  • Engaging with customers to ensure the right outcome
  • Cover cashier desks and carry out transactional activities on behalf of customers
  • Dealing with outbound and inbound calls
  • Booking reviews for customers
  • Provide support for vulnerable customers
  • Recommend relevant products to customers


The Key Requirements of the Customer Relations Advisor

  • Customer facing experience within hospitality, retail or office based roles.
  • Ability to actively listen to customer needs.
  • Upselling experience required
  • Represent the company behaviours: be accountable, be curious, be collaborative, be brave.
