Customer Relations Advisor

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-2.30pm, 5 hours per day, 25 hours per week
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (pro rata for part-time hours)
Benefits: 28 days holiday rising to 34 days over the next 5 years (this includes bank holidays) free parking, pension scheme, Health Cashback scheme

This is a new, exciting vacancy working within the Sales Support department of a very well established, progressive and very friendly company.

You will be responsible for following up sales opportunities and new accounts, assisting in compiling direct and indirect marketing lists, help increase business by maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external customers, making follow up calls from marketing campaigns.

You will ideally have experience working within a telesales environment previously, have a strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills, you must also be highly organised and able to work to deadlines.
