We're on the lookout for a talented Customer Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team. Our Marketing department is a powerhouse, growing at an astonishing 30% YoY, and you could be at the forefront of this exciting journey.

As our Customer Marketing Manager, you'll be the architect of exceptional customer experiences, from onboarding new clients to nurturing long-term relationships. You'll champion our values of Amaze Customers, Love the Planet, and Be One Team, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and sustainability.

What you’ll do

- Develop and execute a cutting-edge customer journey that prioritises value creation and minimises churn, including a bespoke onboarding program for new clients.

- Educate and inspire customers to recycle more through engaging content initiatives like our resource and learning hub, boosting engagement and recycling rates.

- Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling recycling products via strategic marketing efforts and our online Customer Portal.

- Spotlight our success stories through compelling customer testimonials, collaborations, and advocacy initiatives, showcasing the impact of our work.

- Lead the charge on our Customer Content Strategy, identifying opportunities to create impactful campaigns and fill content gaps.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales and Customer Service, to ensure consistent and effective storytelling across all touchpoints.

- Amplify the voice of our customers through surveys, outreach, and feedback channels, ensuring their needs remain at the heart of our communications.

Desired Skills and Expertise

- Intuitive customer instincts and a knack for understanding customer needs and pain points.

- Proven track record in developing and implementing Customer Marketing strategies that drive engagement and revenue.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for crafting compelling copy. Design capabilities are a plus!

- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive alignment across diverse teams and priorities.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and ROI optimization. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Excel is a requirement.

- Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.

- A team player with a collaborative spirit and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
