This company in the travel & tourism industry offers a range of services from holiday homes to family getaway locations.

THE ROLE

As a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring timely and accurate implementation
  • Utilise complex CDP environments such as Braze, Salesforce, Bloomreach and Hubspot to build and optimise campaigns
  • Drive personalisation at scale through the deployment of always-on trigger campaigns
  • Utilise analytical insights to identify opportunities for campaign iteration and optimisation
  • Demonstrate a passion for understanding customer behaviour and leveraging insights to influence customers through the sales funnel

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a customer lifecycle marketing role
  • Expertise in building and optimising campaigns in complex CDP environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and drive campaign optimisation
  • Team management experience
  • Strategic thinker
