Customer Liaison Officer

6 Month Fixed Term Contract

£29448.30 per annum

Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer to join one of our Peterborough based clients on a 6 month fixed term contract

Daily duties of the Customer Liaison Officer consists of:

  • Assisting with the investigation of complaints on behalf of customers, ensuring they are updated periodically with any progress made on their case
  • Handling customers complaints in regards to repairs and maintenance
  • Acknowledging complaints within process timescales
  • Ensuring all complaints are effectively recorded on the inhouse database
  • Monitoring and tracking complaint cases
  • Creating customer feedback reports to analyse ongoing process improvements
  • Dealing with all ad hoc administration

Essential experience of the Customer Liaison Officer:

  • Experienced in dealing with customers complaints
  • Previously carried out all aspects of Administration
