INSIGHT MANAGER (CLIENT-SIDE)

UP TO £60,000, HYBRID WORKING

LONDON

We are working with a leading UK retailer who are looking to expand their insights team with new talent. Using both quantitative and qualitative data to help inform strategy and play a key part in improving customer experience. You'll be a core part of the team and will be involve presenting actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.

THE ROLE:

The Senior Insight Consultant will have the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver insights senior stakeholders
  • Work across both quant and qual research projects
  • Using research and insight to help inform overall business and brand strategy
  • Collaborate with the wider teams in the business to support with business insights
  • Support with ad-hoc projects
  • Mentor junior members of the team
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, including agencies

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal Senior Insight Consultant will have:

  • Knowledgeable with quant and qual methodologies
  • Great communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Being able to tell a story using data
  • Experience managing projects from end to end
