Work in this leading sports brand to deliver impactful insights across customer behaviours and how to improve customer experience across the business retail offerings.

THE COMPANY

This is a data-driven brand retailing in the sports space, with a focus on ecommerce and growth! They're seeing success across a variety of metrics and now are trying to prioritise a holistic view of their customer base to ensure it's a positive customer experience across their different retail offerings, both in-store and online.

THE ROLE

You'll be the go-to for insights from the analytics team, and can look forward to projects like:

• analyse all data from various areas, including customer sales, behaviours, sentiment, marketing campaigns and promotions.
• drive change and tell a story with data, using data visualisation tools for reports
• solve problems and find solutions through dashboards, presentations and unique insight!
• Work on providing ecommerce results and personalised targeted campaigns
• Sharing recommendations and actionable insights to stakeholders

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Able to analyse data using SQL, and ideally Fast-Stats
• Data visualisation skills, preferably in Power BI but open to other data vis tools
• Experience in customer analytics, having worked across key projects like: customer segmentation, sales analysis, customer loyalty, acquisition and churn analysis, campaign analysis and appropriate targeting.
• Excellent communication skills for sharing insights and communicating with different stakeholders
