An exciting opportunity has become available in Greenford to join a nationally recognised brand during their growth period and be part of the Customer Experience team!

General Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service through various channels including phone, email, and live chat
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer experience role preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite

Salary:
£25,000 - £28,000 per annum + margin bonus up to £2,000

Annual Leave:
22 days per year, with 3 days to be taken at Christmas and increasing by 1 day for every 5 years of service

Working Hours:
Flexible working arrangement, with the possibility of working from home on Mondays and Fridays after a qualifying period
