Description

As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be working closely with existing customers to resolve any queries they may have this could be over the telephone, webchat and email.

You will be ensuring an excellent journey for all customers making sure service level agreements are exceeded queries are resolved in a quick and efficient manner providing the best level of client care.

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality

An excellent telephone manner

Extremely customer centric

The ability to work in a fast paced environment

A good team player
