Ideal Location: Dorset, United Kingdom, DT1

Territory covering: Bath, Bournemouth, Dorchester, Exeter, Southampton, Salisbury, Taunton and surrounding areas

As a Customer Development Executive, you’ll immerse yourself in the industry, engaging with decision-makers and bar teams. You will closely collaborate with Asahi UK field sales teams, with a focus on fostering and maintaining strong relationships and delivering added value through exceptional customer service, brand education and training, and trade activation initiatives.

You will support business owners and decision-makers to drive venue performance and category growth, enhancing and leveraging brand loyalty, portfolio expansion and rate of sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing your portfolio of accounts and associated targets.
  • Support and collaborate with regional sales teams to deliver an agreed number of advocacy, engagement, training, and activation activities across core accounts.
  • Account management of designated outlets, achieving visit targets, and delivering annual distribution, retention, and volume goals.
  • Capture and report data and insights from each visit using a CRM system.
  • Dairy management and accountability for delivering your KPI, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • · Acting as the face of Asahi’s premium beer portfolio and an advocate for the beer category.
  • We’re looking for someone who is:

  •  A natural communicator with the ability to build strong relationships, network and engage with a diverse range of people
  •  Fantastic organisational skills, including planning and the ability to prioritise.
  • Passion or interest in premium drinks or the beer/ cider sector
  • Commitment to continuous learning and self-development
  • Self-motivated, naturally curious, with a desire to overachieve

  • Full driving licence required

Highly Desired:

  • Experience with brand activation and events On-trade industry experience Financial acumen and commercial awareness
  • Previous experience working in a role with a track record of achieving results.

Basic Salary: Enjoy a basic salary of up to £28,169 Bonus: Annual 10% bonus Joining bonus: Enjoy a £2,000 joining bonus! Health: Prioritise your well-being with a daily lunch allowance of £10 daily. Well-being: Monday to Friday working pattern, 37.5 hours a week- with the occasional evening/ weekend required. A lively, fun and sociable working environment.
