This role involves managing all customer coordination for an organisation based in Brighton.

Our client is based in Brighton and in the Public Sector and Government & looking to bring on a Customer Coordinator on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract.
Description
As a Customer Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a unified approach to customer support
- Provide guidance and support to customers
- Manage a busy inbox and phoneline
- Manage the budget and ensure resources are used effectively
Profile
A successful Customer Coordinator should have:
- Experience in customer service
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £24k - £25k
