Do you have great customer service skills and are looking for a company that can support your career development?

We are recruiting a customer Advisor to join our dynamic and supportive customer service team working in partnership with our CITB client. We need people that are comfortable and enjoy dealing with varied customer queries, issues and circumstances over the phone and email. You'll joining an established team that supports one of our key accounts in our Shared Services Connected Ltd. business.

You will be supported within this role and undertake a 6-week training period where you will learn all you need to be confident in your role!

This is a hybrid position, and our office days on York are Monday and Tuesdays, and you would work at home for the rest of the week. We have x 3 shift patterns which we operate on a rota basis, 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00 / 10:00 - 18:00

What you'll be doing:

  • Taking incoming calls from our client supporting them with various queries including how to receive funding, payment etc.
  • Handling the incoming mailbox and responding to queries.
  • Maintain an up-to-date record of support provided via our systems and database.
  • Ensure you provide a strong customer experience.
  • Work with the team to identify areas of improvement.

What you’ll bring:

  • Prior experience within customer service.
  • A positive attitude towards customer service.

It would be great if you had:

  • Call Centre experience.
