Customer Care Representative

£26,000 per annum

Are you a strong administrator with a passion for providing excellent customer service? Do you want to join a business who are built on a foundation of stability but always looking to grow? If so, you should keep on reading!

This established market leading Manufacturing business is looking to support and supply their customers with high quality products and services and you can play in integral part in this in their Customer Care team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for ensuring orders are processed quickly and correctly.
  • Receiving and making phone calls to/from B2B customers.
  • Responding to customer enquiries helpfully and promptly.

What we need from you:

  • Strong administration experience.
  • B2B and manufacturing experience a bonus.
  • Experience with SAP an advantage, not essential.
  • Good at building long-term relationships.
  • Fantastic communicator.
  • Well organised and good attention to detail.
  • Hungry and ambitious to do perform well in this role and progress your career in the future!
