We are on the lookout for a skilled Customer Service and Complaints Handling professional to join the ranks of a prestigious organisation nestled in the vibrant heart of Peterborough.

Picture this: You'll be the hero of the day, the first point of contact for customers who've invested in top-tier products.

They might be feeling a bit vexed when they call in, but your expertise and professionalism will soothe their concerns and guide them towards swift resolutions.

You will gracefully navigate through complaints and queries with the finesse of a diplomat. Armed with your professionalism and empathy, you'll reassure customers that their issues are being tackled head-on, ensuring their satisfaction is restored in no time.

As the linchpin between customers and the organisation, you'll be the maestro orchestrating the resolution process. From gathering all the essential details to investigating complaints and allocating resources for swift rectification – you'll be the beacon of efficiency and effectiveness.

This is an office based role working Monday to Friday, 9am-530pm.

Salary of up to £26k pa and perks are great !!
