Customer Care Administrator

Adecco Harlow have partnered exclusively with a highly credible business based in Harlow to help them find a Customer Care Administrator.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective administration of the Customer Care Team.

For the role of Customer Care Administrator, will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering accurate and timely responses to customer queries.

THE JOB

• Review & monitor the department mailboxes
• Respond to customer enquiries & provide requested information
• Provide professional correspondence by email & post
• Maintain full & accurate CMS records
• Ensure data protection requirements are not breached
• Complete ad-hoc tasks
