CUSTOMER ANALYTICS MANAGER

BIRMINGHAM

£45,000 - 55,000

Global leader in financial services going through a huge insight transformation. Take on a managing role where you help to lead an arm of company in providing detailed customer insights!

THE COMPANY

Financial service going through a digital transformation, gaining new tech, new skills and new techniques in regard to data. You will work with one of their leading retail partners focussing on how to benefit and grow the external brand!

THE ROLE

As a Customer Analytics Manager your focus will be to aid the business in providing insights across customer and campaign analytics, specifically you will:

· Use SQL and Python to understand and breakdown large sets of data to extract impactful insights on customer lifetime value, customer churn and retention

· Segment customers through data modelling and deep dive analysis, allowing for targeted marketing and a more personalised customer experience

· Provide insights to senior stakeholders (internal and external) across the business on who the customers are and how you can engage them

· Manage a team of 2, working on prioritisation development and training!

YOUR SKILLS

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

· An expert in SQL (Python/R would be desirable)

· Good knowledge of customer analytics and KPI's such as CLV, retention and loyalty

· Confident providing insights to high level senior stakeholders and conveying complex tech terms in digestible jargon

THE BENEFITS

£45,000 - 55,000 annual salary, competitive benefits and flexible working.
