Sales Executive / Account Advisor

£25,000/annum plus quarterly bonus

Chelmsford, Essex (own transport required)

I am looking for a confident individual who enjoys client liason and customer service to assist with building accounts and on board new business. You will be joining a busy hire and sales team in newly refurbished offices in a fun place to work.

This is an established and growing company and the team is friendly and expanding ! The company offers internal progression and opportunities for the right person.

This role works closely with the Account Executives and involves forming and maintaining relationships with Key Account holders generating leads or converting leads that have been provided.

You will:

Covert and develop new business opportunities. Build good working relationships with new and existing customers and develop proposals to meet their needs.

• Taking inbound phone inquiries from our Key Account customers
• Liaising with customers via phone, email and various messaging systems
• Following up on leads - converting, closing, inputting, and processing hire and sales orders via our CRM system and hire management system
• Assisting our Key Account customers with any queries regarding their hires
• Liasing and working closely with our Transport team to resolve any issues and arrange services

An Account Management, office based sales, sales support or office based customer service experience is required

Due to the rural location you must have your own transport.
