Your new role
This organisationrequire a commercially astute Customer Account Manager to join their growing business. This role is office based in their manufacturing plant in West Lothian.
In this role youwill be the customer account manager responsible for sales orders, existingcontracts and all day to day customer enquiries. Your position will involvegreat level of stakeholder engagement and continuing to build on existingcustomer relationships.

Working with thecommercial manager, the Customer Account Manager will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all salesprocedures, preparation of reports, contract review, and you will also manage and improve the customer relationship management systems.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable experience in a similar role, and ideally come from an engineering, business, or commercial sales background. The key skill set for this role will involve strong customer engagement ability, sales negotiation, and advanced numerical and IT skills within Microsoft office, specifically advanced excel skills.
