CTO/Director of Technology

  • Award winning software company operating in the ML/AI space.
  • Full responsibility for driving the technical roadmap and company strategy.
  • Spearhead the adoption of new technologies required to scale the current product offering.


I'm looking for either current CTOs or people operating at the Director/Head of level who are ready to make the step into the C-suite.

The main requirement here is a background working within the machine learning space, including taking commercial products to market combined with strong technical leadership and management experience.

The current technical team is around 20 people made up of Software, Embedded, ML Engineering, Data Science, Cloud and DevOps departments so someone who has managed multidisciplinary teams would be best suited for the role.

The company are based in the South West but operates a flexible working policy so I'd be open to chatting with people willing to commute to the West Country once a week/once a fortnight.

Skills

  • Background commercialising ML/AI products is essential.
  • Expertise in designing and building cloud architecture.
  • AWS platform knowledge.
  • Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform), Docker experience.
  • Excellent programming skills - Python preferable and C#/C++ a bonus.
