We are looking for an CT Lead Radiographer to come and join a prestigious Private Healthcare organisation. The Imaging team are renowned for their patient experience, so is vital for the CT Lead to come in and showcase what this looks like. This diagnostic service is based in the picturesque area of Hertfordshire.

You will be able to work with some fantastic equipment, including a Siemens Somatom machine. Due to the nature of the clientele this hospital caters for, you will be expected to be able to deliver and exceed expectations set by the business, to ensure that each visitor has the best possible experience, regardless is they are an NHS or Private Patient.

The service boasts state of the art equipment to support their patient's journey, with their imaging centre offering General Radiography, Mammography, Diagnostic Ultrasound, Multislice CT and MRI. The Hospital includes a variety of services enabling the patient to complete their care without the need to use an additional provider and has attained industry leading accreditations, which is reflective on the level of care the team deliver to its patients.

Who are we looking for ?

You will be a HCPC registered Radiographer, who has completed your BSc in General Radiography. Due to the nature of the service, it is paramount to have experience within CT and General Radiography. The role is predominantly CT; however you would be expected to cover general when there is a need. As the CT lead you will also be responsible for Mammography, Sonography and CBCT.

You will work closely with the Imaging Manager on the delivery of business objectives, this could include the development of the service. The service is open from 08:00am - 08:00pm, so a flexible and dynamic approach will be vital to lead the team to success.

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to lead a team of highly skilled imaging personnel, on the delivery of an exceptional patient experience. You will have a fine eye for detail and be able to implement positive change within an imaging department. Having exposure to re-writing policies and protocols and implementing SOP's will support your application. The implementation of regulations set by the relevant regulatory bodies to ensure a safe working environment for staff and patients alike will be at the forefront of your role. It will be crucial to have a thorough understanding of IR(ME)R and CQC guidelines. Being RPS trained is beneficial but not a requirement, as training can be given.

2 years UK Experience within CT is desired

This provider is easily commutable via the M25. Surrounding locations include Enfield, Watford, Hertford, Hemel Hempstead, Hatfield, Borehamwood, Chigwell, Potters Bar and Harpenden.
