Baltic Recruitment are seeking several reliable and hardworking Assembly/General Operatives to join our client based in Bishop Auckland. As an Assembly Op, you will be responsible for assisting with various assembly and labouring tasks on site. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team. You MUST have an in date CSCS card for this role as it does require you to work off site at times.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the setup and cleanup of sites
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Operating power tools and machinery under supervision
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
- Adhering to project timelines and deadlines
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials is an asset
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Rate of pay:

£12ph

Please note that with this role you will have to work away sometimes.
