Cross Class Underwriter - Middle Market

Responsibilities:

Evaluate new and renewal submissions to identify profitable accounts, analyse risks, and set terms and conditions. Cultivate existing portfolios through retail producer relationships and maintain pricing discipline to meet profitability goals. Engage in client/broker interactions to promote our service proposition and support risk mitigation efforts.

Qualifications:

3+ years of P&C underwriting experience in the middle market segment. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Insurance or related field preferred.
