Salt is exclusively partnering with a start-up luxury retailer to hire their first CRO Specialist to join the business and own their A/B testing roadmap. This is part of their strategic planning that has been set out by the CEO, so you will be able to impact change very quickly!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate CRO candidate to make a direct impact and take ownership of the client's CRO journey. They have partnered with Dynamic Yield so there is already some basic testing and personalisation going on, but the client is looking to take this to the next level.

The aim of this role (like every CRO opportunity) is to increase the conversion rate by analysing the customers' journey, understanding the pain/drop-off points and providing testing ideas to reduce this. You will also be using Dynamic Yield to increase the personalisation of the website which in turn should drive conversions.

This a full-cycle CRO role which will see you involved in every aspect! From pre-test analysis, to ideation, to the creation of hypotheses. You will also collaborate with developers/UX designers to implement the test, report on post-test analysis and present these findings back to stakeholders.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Extensive experience in executing conversion rate optimisation roadmaps and A/B testing.
  • Comfortable in using tools such as Dynamic Yield, A/B Tasty, WVO, Monetate, Optimizely, Visual Website Optimizer.
  • You must be an analytical thinker with advanced experience using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics or Contentsquare.
