COMPANY & CULTURE

We're exclusively working with a growing consultancy! Their CRO services are becoming more and more in demand from their existing clients and prospective clients. They're investing heavily into their CRO department and are looking for another consultant to help spearhead their growth.

WHATS ON OFFER

  • An opportunity to work for a leading agency who invests in their people. You'll be joining a rapidly growing and developing area of the business with the opportunity to build out the optimisation function further.
  • You'll be involved in all areas across the product roll-out and CRO process, including strategizing, shaping product roadmaps, identifying key areas for opportunity, and creating test plans.
  • You'll be working with experts in the digital and product space, with an opportunity to build out a CRO team and function working cross-functionally with designers and developers.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Previous experience in a CRO/Optimisation position is necessary, with a testing tool such as Google Optimize or Adobe Target.
  • Hands-on experience using a Web Analytics tool such as Google/Adobe Analytics.
  • Proven experience successfully managing an A/B testing program.
