THE COMPANY

This health & wellness scale up are expanding their CRM team, hiring a Senior CRM Manager, as well as this position! This is a great opportunity for someone to come into an exciting team and make a real impact.

THE ROLE

As a CRM Specialist, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Own the delivery of emails and scheduling for the team
• Have an analytical mindset to look at what competitors are doing and assess how to make emails best in class
• Drive segmentation and create cool personalised emails to improve retention
• Focus on reducing churn and increasing subscribers

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Klaviyo is a nice to have, but any ESP is good
• Ecommerce experience is a preference
• Subscriptions experience is a nice to have
• Ability to challenge the status quo and create forward thinking emails is ideal
