Requirements:

  • Design, develop & maintain CRM systems, specifically for recruitment processes.
  • Create custom workflows, dashboards and reports
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to find requirements for the CRM systems
  • Customise CRM solutions using with systems like salesforce or D365
  • Automating recruitment processes - sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding
  • Integrate ATS, job boards, HRIS
  • Previous Higher Education experience IS essential
