Forward Role are working with an active play business to recruit a CRM Manager. They are growing at a huge rate, in just under 10 years they’ve opened 10 sites across the UK and they have no intentions of stopping there.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage all current customer value growth marketing initiatives, developing a test and learn method to increase performance.
• Manage the end-to-end campaign activity for all current customer campaigns, aligned to customer need and the marketing calendar.
• Bring creativity and science to the creation of all comms creative.
• Map out all the significant customer journeys to develop customer experience and increase value.
• Track and measure the effect of all customer marketing initiatives and campaigns to allow reporting and evaluation.
• Build solid relationships across the business and help build better customer experiences across all touchpoints.
• Complete ownership of email and SMS channels. Including production, delivery, reporting and evaluation.
• Manage customer data within marketing to guarantee they collect and use it compliantly to meet their goals.

What you will need:

• Proven experience in a CRM marketing role
• Self-sufficient in constructing automated customer comms workflows using marketing automation technology
• Enjoys planning, creating and/or briefing content creation for customer comms; superb copywriter and proof-reader.
• Strong understanding of data compliance/GDPR as well as how to successfully target and manage customer data.
• Good eye for detail in mapping out customer journeys and advancing customer experience.
