CRM Manager job with a busy, growing organisation in Bristol, you can work on a hybrid basis and visit the Bristol office once a week. Lots of potential to develop your career and make contributions to the team.

What you’ll need:

CRM marketing Manager, with a focus on mobile app and email marketing

Experience with Blueshift or similar CRM/CXP platforms

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategies

Experience in customer segmentation, database marketing, and campaign management

A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

Duties:

Use Blueshift to build engaging, personalised automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, in-app and push

Build and deploy broadcast campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar

Build communication journeys to best support our members during their lifecycle

Create dynamic personalisation

Build and manage customer segmentation to support effective delivery of personalised multi-channel messaging

Support the Lifecycle and Retention Manager with the implementation of customer retention strategy

Analyse campaign results and customer data to optimise performance
