Forward Role are working with a global, fast paced, B2B business that are in hyper growth mode.

Here, no 2 days are the same.

You’ll work in a stylish and modern top floor office overlooking an impressive skyline and sit amongst a performance driven, hardworking team who are passionate and love what they do.

Reporting into the Head of Digital Performance and supporting a team of Marketing Automation Exec’s, you’ll have tons and of support and guidance to continue your ongoing development and progression.

Everyone in in this team has been promoted since joining the business, including the Head of Digital Performance who started out in a junior role and has been promoted 4 times!

They do all their marketing in house meaning that you’ve got over 20 people to collaborate with and the exposure to a range of channels including PPC, SEO, Content, Design, PR and more!

The role:

• Build and put in place A/B campaign testing schedules to the strongest performing setups and segmentations.
• Supervise the automation of nurture activities. Aiming to increase engagement and quality leads to sales.
• Team up with the broader marketing team to create new campaign ideas
• Assist the senior marketing automation executives to develop and enhance new campaigns in the automation platform
• Regularly evaluate the lead database to make sure data is high quality and greatly segmented and remaining compliant.
• Working with wider team, drive client communication, increased usage and overall client retention.
• Help with continuing campaign analysis and reporting.

What you will need:

• Proven email marketing and campaign experience
• Willingness to learn
• Great communication skills
• Exceptional time management, and the capability to meet deadlines
• Analytical and detail orientated
