THE ROLE

Your focus will be involved in all marketing campaigns released to customers. Specifically, you will have to:

  • Develop and deploy CRM campaigns across email and SMS channels
  • Understand the marketing strategy, in terms of timing for campaigns in relation to promotions and seasonal events
  • Identify areas for optimisation in the CRM process, like improving segmentation models, or A/B testing on live campaigns
  • Be creative, working with copywriters and devs to be unique and personalised in your campaigns
  • Help to influence uplift across key commercial areas for the business, like customer loyalty, satisfaction and value
  • Provide insights into the customer, who they are and how best to engage with them.

YOUR SKILLS - WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience using a CRM software and campaign management tool, e.g. Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, etc.
  • A passion for impacting the customer and the benefits of good CRM!
  • Understanding of marketing principles and strategy
  • Great communicator, able to collaborate and work with the wider company
