Forward Role are working with a global Health and Fitness brand to recruit a CRM Executive to carry out end to end CRM activities, develop highly targeted CRM campaigns and deliver quality customer communications at all touch points.

Reporting into the CRM Manager, working alongside a CRM Exec and joining a marketing team of 15 you will support the delivery of the CRM strategy to increase engagement, retention and growth across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CRM team to implement the customer communications strategy to increase engagement, retention and growth for all products and services globally
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to make sure CRM Campaigns match up with wider marketing campaigns.
• Build and deploy personalised and highly targeted CRM campaigns using e-mail, SMS, in-app notifications and mobile push ensuring they are effective, efficient and on brand
• Take ownership of the email AB testing roadmap, to drive optimisation and increase performance
• Repeatedly test and optimise to boost user engagement
• Support with reporting and analytics of CRM campaigns, making sure campaigns meet KPI targets and find areas for improvement

What you will need:

• Proven experience in a CRM Marketing role
• Solid analytical skills to allow recognition and continued optimisation of campaigns to deliver greatest ROI
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative
• Good attention to detail to make sure all communications are highly effective and of high quality
• Ability to work well with wider teams to deliver effective, customer focussed, and data driven campaigns
• Knowledge of email HTML would be an advantage, not essential
